Damon Lewis came fifteenth to win a caution filled Spectator feature on the final lap. 2008 Outlaw Cadet Champ Mike Moore made a late race pass to win his first feature of the season. The green fell and Jason Seekings went around bringing out the first yellow causing a complete restart. The starter waived off the restart for caution number two. The third attempted start failed when Breton Chapel and Skip Joslyn tangled in turn two as did number four. The first lap was finally completed with Dickerson leading but the yellow fell once more with Dickerson was tapped and spun in turn two. Hackett, Randy Lobb, Johnson, Scott Gurdak and Doug Eck were the leaders. Eck passed Gurdak for fourth on the restart the passed both Randy Lobb and Scott Johnson for second on lap twelve. Hackett continued to extend his lead as the race remained green. Johnson regained the second spot on lap sixteen as Eck faded just a bit. A five-car entanglement started off the E-Mod Feature as the green flag dropped. Ron Seeley started third but took the lead on lap one. Shane Crotty brought out the first caution on lap two and had to be towed to the pits with Seeley still holding the lead followed by Mike Munsee and Troy Carr.
